Evak FUA is a local graffiti, tattoo, and airbrush artist. He was born Carlos Perez in Bayman, Puerto Rico, and raised in Rochester where he learned to draw at an early age. He attended our city's School of the Arts, where despite his talent he received poor marks for failing to use required mediums. There he met and fell in with a local krew, and the rest is history.
He is currently employed by Rite of Passage Tattoo in Victor. Recently he has been involved in with the creation of a mural for Bob Duffy's campaign.
