- Note: This article refers to the building downtown; for the building on RIT's campus, see Frank E. Gannett Building The Gannett Building is home to the Democrat & Chronicle since 1928. Gannett corporate headquarters were re-located to Virginia in 1986. Printing operations moved to Greece in 1997. The D&C announced on January 18th, 2013 that the building is now up for sale.
