Mark Aesch took over as the CEO of the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority in 2004. In 2011 he published a book, Driving Excellence: Transform Your Organization's Culture - And Achieve Revolutionary Results, which blamed the collapse of the Renaissance Square Project on then Bob Duffy.
