- After a Sep 2007 groundbreaking ceremony1, the Mayor Thomas P. Ryan. Jr., Community Center and Library is scheduled for completion during 2008. The City of Rochester, Rochester Public Library and Rochester City School District have launched a cooperative effort to replace the Webster Avenue Recreation Center and the Sully Branch Library.
