The menu consisted of specialty sandwiches, salads and soups as well as dinner appetizer and entree selections, an extensive beer and wine list, organic loose teas, fair trade coffees, and homemade desserts and pastries. The dinner menu consisted of fresh seafood, meat and vegetarian options. Bodhi's is also a full service catering provider. They offered everything from delivered lunches to private on/off site catering. Bodhis featured "live" dinner music every Thursday-Saturday featuring local acoustic and jazz musicians.

They roast their own beans in a machine located at the back of the store. All coffee is labeled fair trade. In addition to coffee, the store sells fair trade items imported directly from Peru, including sweaters and hand-made jewelry. Coffee Connection was formerly known as the "Women's Coffee Connection" because it provides jobs for women looking to (re)enter the workforce. They offer free wifi. Other places that sell Coffee Connection brews are Equal Grounds and Connections at UR's Rush Rhees Library. A second location at the Marketplace Mall food court opened March 1, 2021. They also serve and cater at the UR Orthopedic Center located at the MarketPlace Mall.

They were located on the ground level of the historic Kirstein Building in the St. Paul Quarter. They prided themselves on freshly brewed Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters gourmet coffee and Boar's Head Deli premium quality deli meats. Newbury Park Pastries and Sweet Street Bake Shop provides cookies and pastries daily. Craft Cafe was an environmentally friendly establishment. They used 100% recycled paperboard products to promote a "green" community. They also offered online ordering and free WiFi for their customers. Craft Cafe opened on January 14, 2013. Deli Sandros was RocWiki's Business Spotlight of the Month for February 2014! Deli Sandros was a deli in Plymouth-Exchange that offered subs, sandwiches, and salads to order, along with a selection of Finger Lakes coffee, ice cream, and a Garbage Plate Dogwich. They were one of only two delis in Rochester that offer cold cuts from Thurmann's. They were primarily a take-out place, although there was limited seating, along with free WiFi, USB surge protected outlets, and phone charging stations. They also did catering. During the academic year Deli Sandros did late-night delivery to the UR River Campus, Upper Mount Hope, Brooks Landing, the South Wedge and throughout Plymouth-Exchange and nearby areas. They purchased a limousine from a nearby funeral home for this purpose. Deli Sandros was located almost right across the street from UR's Riverview dorms. They accepted Flex/UROS account payment from UR student ID cards. They opened for business on September 7, 2012. Owner was Anthony D'Alessandro. Founders Café is a coffeehouse and café. Located in the Academy Building, Founders Café serves breakfast, sandwiches, salads, soups, and smoothies. All coffee is direct trade, with options including espresso drinks, French Press, AeroPress, and pour-over. There is also outdoor seating, weather permitting, and free wifi. Catering and delivery also available. The interior has a giant mural of city founder Nathaniel Rochester made from a digital copy of his portrait at the Memorial Art Gallery. Another wall lists various other historical Rochesterians, including William Gleason, George Eastman, John Bausch, and Hiram Sibley. Opened May 19, 2014.

Greenhouse Cafe

Coffee Connection at the Greenhouse Cafe was a coffeehouse and cafe in North Winton Village. It was under the management of the Coffee Connection. They hosted Open Mic nights and occasionally feature live music. Grand opening was July 1, 2012. For many years (approx. 1950s-90s) the greenhouse served as the home of Phelps Florists, a neighborhood institution. Coffee Connection has kept the greenhouse and converted part of it into their cafe. A small portion, however, is still used to grow organic fruits and vegetables, which they use in their food. They plan to freeze some of their produce so that they can use it in the winter as well. Seedfolk City Farm has a growing space here. The Greenhouse Cafe had free WiFi.

In the mood for a quick cup of coffee, a quick bite, or breakfast? Stop in to Jays any hour of the day and you can get these. All of the meals come with large portions, and all fountain drinks & coffee come with unlimited refills. It was originally built in 1966. RIT students can receive a 10% discount here by displaying their RIT student ID card and paying their bill with cash. Awards Jay's was voted 'Best Meal After 1AM' in City Newspaper's 'Best Of Rochester' awards in 2009.1

Little Cafe Entrance 2-2008 The Little Cafe is a small cafe tucked into the Little Theatre complex facing Winthrop Street, behind the main theater. In addition to a variety of dessert selections, the cafe features a menu of soups, salads and light entrees, with a number of vegetarian alternatives. Beer from Custom Brewcrafters is available on tap, as well as a small selection of wines and coffee drinks. The cafe features frequent live jazz - almost daily from September through June featuring music by Lumiere, Margaret Explosion, Trio East, Steve Greene & the White Hots, Paul Hoffman and Maria Gillard Band.
