- Adam McFadden Adam McFadden had served as representative of the South District on City Council since 2004, and was the current council vice-president, when he plead guilty on April 1, 2019, to federal charges of wire fraud and filing a false tax return. He admitted to fraudulent billing of Rochester Housing Charities, an arm of the Rochester Housing Authority, for more than $100,000. In April 2022 he began serving an 18 month sentence - reduced in exchange for his testimony against former RHA head George Moses.
