Blades was a daytime restaurant serving Breakfast, lunch and Brunch in the Culver University East section of Rochester. The restaurant was next to Pomodoro Grill and Wine Bar, in the former Saha Med Grill location. Opened July , 2018. A second location in Pittsford opened November 8, 2018 but closed within a year.
