As of September 2018 they are the 41st largest security company in the United States according to SDM Magazine. John A. Doyle established the company on March 17, 1919 in Rochester, New York. Today, John G. Doyle Jr. serves as the fourth generation President and Chief Executive Officer, overseeing operations in Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany and Erie, Pennsylvania, in addition to the corporate headquarters in Rochester. Doyle Security Systems protects more than 25,000 customers throughout Upstate New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania.
