Fiamma, also known as Fiamma pizza e vino was an Italian restaurant in Gates specializing in wood-fired pizzas, pasta, and speciality sandwiches among other things. It opened in early September 2012 and closed in September 2018. On November 16, 2016 a second location opened on Elton Street in Rochester called Fiamma Centro.
