The Flats at Brooks landing is a planned 80,000 square foot, 11-story building that is part of the Brooks landing Project. Currently the plans call for 3,500 square feet of the first floor to be used for a scull boat house by the University of Rochester. 5,300 square feet of the first floor will be used as a restaurant and 1,063 square feet of space will be used as common area. Floors 2-11 will consist of 70 residential units for use by the students of the University of Rochester.
This building will be next to the Staybridge Suites Hotel. Also across the parking lot will be a Visions Federal Credit Union. Construction began in July 2013.
