This is John’s second venture in the restaurant business. His first restaurant, Alexis Gourmet Pizza & Pasta, opened in 1988. Alexis was the first restaurant in Rochester to serve gourmet pizza and pasta dishes. Ten years later, John expanded and carried this theme to Fresco, broadening the menu to offer a full selection of contemporary Italian cuisine at both lunch and dinner.
