Henrietta Town Line Plaza, on West Henrietta Road, is your everyday run-of-the-mill one-stop shopping destination for swords, hydroponic growing equipment, comic books, hardcore gaming paraphernalia, and ethnic foods. The selection of stores here is comparable to the eclectic offerings of the much larger Village Gate, though there is little overlap.
It is also worth noting that this plaza seems to lack the lofty pretensions of its elder sibling: while The Village Gate is busy finishing its liberal arts degree, Henrietta Town Line Plaza is mainly focused on rolling a twelve and moving out of its parents' basement. That being said, it does a great job meeting strong demand led by nearby RIT, and also helps offset the malignant tedium of sprawl surrounding Jefferson Road.
