Modern Nature Bodyworks (formerly Absolute Yoga & Wellness) has been the premier yoga and healing arts center in the regional Rochester area since 1977 with Yoga classes for everyone including ABSOLUTE gentle yoga, InnerBalance yoga, ABSOLUTE back, hips & feet care and TriYoga® flows. There are two locations, one in the Genesee Center for the Arts and Education building, in Monroe Village in the city; the other in Fairport on the canal. The two centers are owned and directed by Mark Sandler and Carrie Gaynor.
