Open Sky is a yoga instructional company located in the East Avenue Historic District. It teaches Hatha yoga in the Iyengar tradition. They have many levels of classes ranging from beginner through advanced and also prenatal yoga. One-on-one classes are available.
The price of the classes varies depending on the type of class. Students sign up for 8-week sessions and pre-registration is encouraged. Awards Francois Raoult, a yoga instructor at Open Sky, was voted "Best Yoga Instructor" in City Newspaper's "Best of Rochester" awards in 2010.2
