Description: Red Osier is a brand of roast beef local to the Rochester area. It is can be found served in hot sandwiches on the street or at festivals. It can also be bought cold from the deli at Wegman's. There is a concession stand at Frontier Field. The stand at Blue Cross Arena has closed due to poor attendance at recent sporting events. There is a Red Osier Landmark Restaurant in the town of Stafford, near Batavia. On May 2, 2012, it opened Red Osier Metro Cafe in the lower level of the Monroe County Office Building. There is Red Osier Catering located in Maplewood near Eastman Business Park.
