300 Alexander is a high-end apartment building in the Upper East End, on the corner of Alexander Street and East Avenue into 58 luxury apartments. The building was the original Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School and served the Army Flying Corps during WWII. The developer is the same group that rehabbed the H.H. Warner Building and Corn Hill Landing.
