DePaul Carriage Factory Apartments

DePaul Carriage Factory Apartments are the 71 mid-market loft apartments in the old James Cunningham and Sons carriage factory. When the automobile came around, Cunningham produced early motor vehicles. The factory was later used by other businesses. By the time of its rehabilitation, it had been vacant for nearly twenty years. The project broke ground in March 2013 and will likely be the catalyst for continued revitalization of the Susan B. Anthony Neighborhood. The building was purchased by George Traikos who is updated the Academy Building. The Building was later sold again before the ground breaking to DePaul, an organization that provides housing services, senior services, addiction prevention and mental health services. The project was completed in December 2014. Links Cunningham Cars and the Pursuit of Excellence.
