Main Entrance Technical Center Rochester, was the Henrietta location of Delphi Automotive, housed state-of-the-art testing equipment and engineering resources for many automotive products. They also had Environmental Vehicle Testing chambers which were featured on local news stations to demonstrate hurricane and tornado conditions. The facility is a 300,000-square-foot complex on 108 acres and employed over 300 people prior to being bought out by Borg Warner in Ithaca and shut down in winter 2020/2021.

As of August 2022 the facility and land are still available for lease and unused. The building opened in July 1987. The facility is visible from I-390 and the Thruway and is known for its distinctive blue mirror glass exterior.
