Empire Comics had lots of toys and one of the most complete selection of graphic novels in Rochester. Lots of different types of comics too, not too hero-heavy, not too head comics-y. A nice mix. There were two locations in Rochester: Empire Comics I on Mt. Hope Avenue, and Empire Comics II on Stone Road in Greece.
