Livonia Avon Railroad The Livonia Avon Railroad and Lakeville Railroad (LARL) is the Rochester connected part of the Livonia Avon and Lakeville Railroad Corporation, a 282-mile railroad system operating throughout western New York and northwestern Pennsylvania. The rail line is of special interest to Rochester train spotting aficionados. The LALR rail lines run from the Brooks Yard terminus on Brooks Avenue near Rochester Airport and in Henrietta to both Avon and Silver Springs.
