Lumos is a infrared sauna business. The Saunas create heat to make you sweat to help relieve stress, muscle pain and can provide weight loss. Located at The Shops at High Point and opened on March 2, 2019. A second location at the Culver Road Armory opened on January 18, 2021.
Their third Rochester area location opened in Greece on October 26, 2022. Their 4th location opened in Webster. They also have plans for multiple locations in the greater Buffalo area.
