Nothnagle Realtors is a local real estate company which handles lots of real estate in Rochester, NY and surrounding area. They do both rental units and house sales. History The company began in 1948 as John T. Nothnagle, Inc.
By 1960 it had 6 branches in Greece, Irondequoit, Brighton, Webster and 2 in Rochester. In 1969 Nothnagle Home Securities Corp. began operations as the first licensed Mortgage Banker in New York State. By 1980 it had grown to 18 branches. In 2004 it surpassed the $1 Billion mark in sales.
In 2008 the company celebrated its 60th anniversary and March 20, 2008 was designated "Nothnagle Realtors Day" in Monroe County. In the same year Nothnagle.com was recognized as the 8th Best Real Estate Brokerage Website in America. 1
